Reiki - The Energy Healing Technique

He developed reiki during his 21 day practice of prayer and fasting on Mount Kurama-yama. He taught reiki over 2000 people during his life time and healed many.

    2. Everyone has ability to do Reiki, Just needs to be learned

You do not need to hold a specific degree to perform Reiki. It does not depend upon your intellectual ability and does not require years of practice. Reiki can simple be learned. It’s a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student. Once the reiki is learned you can practice it whenever and wherever you want without teacher’s permission.

    3. Reiki requires consent of receiver

Reiki can be given to human, animal, water, food, stone, almost anything. However if it’s a living thing, it should not be given to anyone without their knowledge

     4. Reiki can be given while talking, listening to music, working

Reiki person draws the amount of energy and channels into others it through the palms. You do not need a particular settings or arrangements to receive or sends the energy. It can be done at anytime, anywhere.

      5. Reiki can be done from distance

      We are surrounded by enormous amount of energy and we absorb these energies through food, water, sunlight so on. Once you have enough practiced Reiki and become master you can use any of these energies to send the healing anywhere in the world. 7. Levels of Reiki

Reiki is learned in three levels.

·         First Degree: This level is open for everyone who wants to learn Reiki. It allows Initiation which means opens energy channel and permits the student to Reiki at physical level for himself or others.

·         Second degree: This level is open only for students who have passed the first level and had enough practice of flowing energy. Students are given 3 symbols.

1. Power symbol: Students open and close energy channels when treating

2. Mental symbol: Students enter at different level of energy which used to treat mentally and emotionally

3. Distance symbol: Allow healing to be sent at distance

·         Third degree: Also called ‘Inner master’. At this level of Reiki students gain mastery in the art of performing Reiki and can connects with his own inner truth.

·         Usui Tibetan Master Level: Extension of the third level. Student who reaches this level can takes on responsibility to educate others about Reiki. He can initiate others so that they can experience energy flowing through them.

Reiki acts at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. It is possible to perform Reiki on self. You can save good amount of money generally spent at physician or psychiatrist.
